Here at the Waldegrave, you can enjoy a great pint or a lovely meal in beautiful surroundings The Waldgrave is a cosy country pub with a friendly atmosphere and you can be assured a warm welcome from the proprietors, Sharon and Lee and their team.
We are a family pub that caters for all age groups, offering a fully stocked bar with a fine choice of ales, ciders and wines. We have a great restaurant which includes a private dining area, plus an attractive garden with an area fitted with heat lamps for those cool summer evenings, although when it gets dark you may meet our resident ghost!
We are delighted to be awarded The Best Pub & Best Food Pub for 2009/2010 by The Bristol Evening Post.
Our RestaurantThe restaurant offers a wonderful Modern English A la Carte Menu, with some tasty and varied specials.
The menu provides both quality and value for money and is complimented by a great wine list. Every Sunday we have three roasts with seasonal trimmings, plus, of course other delightful choices.
We also offer a very popular lunch menuIn addition to the above we have a large secure car park and a function room able to seat up to 45 people, ideal for conferences, business meetings, weddings, christenings and other celebrations.
